All dives onboard are with EAN (Nitrox 28-29 %) – (except for decompression dives, using Air /O2 for qualified tec divers).

Basic Nitrox course is free onboard (Certification after the course is optional and will be charged depending on the chosen training agency).

Departure of the cruise is confirmed with a minimum of 12 passengers.

Rates can be adjusted without notice according to local increase of the fuel and or taxes made by the Egyptian Government.

For all diving trips, the departure of the boat is on Sunday morning and the return is on Friday afternoon in Hurghada Marina or Port Ghaleb Marina, depending on the chosen itinerary, organization of the cruise or weather.

BOOKING

After confirming a booking by payment you should provide us the following information:

Last Name, First Name (as in passport), copy of the first page of the passport, diving level, needs of diving equipment and course that you would like to do onboard.

Please be sure that your passport or ID is valid 6 months after you come back home.

Regarding children equipment: we have BCD’s and regulators available for children from age 8 but each child should come with his own dive suit, mask, snorkel and fins.

BOOKING OPTION

A booking option is valid for 15 days. After this time, we will ask you to send us a definitive answer (it can be longer if the date of the cruise is far).

PAYMENT

Advance payment of 20% is required for a booking for a cruise in the next year, with a settlement 3 payments. For the current year, the advance payment required for a booking is 50 % of the total amount, and the final payment 30 days before the beginning of the cruise.

For any diving trips not totally paid before the beginning of the cruise, we will refuse boarding.

If you have a group price payments should be made for the whole group, not individually. We will accept a maximum of 3 bank transfers per group. For any extra transfer we will add 15€ fees per transfer.

Note: All bank fees are at your charge. Please ask your bank if any bank transfer fee applies.

WARNING: In Egypt, (as for most non UE countries), our Bank apply 4% fees for payment by credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation: 30€/person administrative fees added to the cancellation fees below:

INDIVIDUAL BOOKING

  • Cancellation made up to 61 days before arrival: 50 € fees (+30 € indicated above)
  • Cancellation made between 60 to 46 days before arrival: 25% of the rate of the cruise (+30 € indicated above)
  • Cancellation made between 45 to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the rate of the cruise (+30 € indicated above)
  • Cancellation made between 30 to 15 days before arrival: 75% of the rate of the cruise (+30 € indicated above)
  • Cancellation made less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the rate of the cruise

GROUPS OF 10 – CHARTER BOAT

  • Cancellation made up to 91 day before arrival: 50 € fees/person (+30 € indicated above)
  • Cancellation made between 90 to 61 days before arrival: 50% of the rate of the cruise (+30 € indicated above)
  • Cancellation made between 60 to 31 days before arrival: 75% of the rate of the cruise (+30 € indicated above)
  • Cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rate of the cruise

OUR RATES INCLUDE

  • Roundtrip transfers from airport to boat for individual booking.
  • Roundtrip transfers from airport to boat for group bookings. Conditions are: all passengers take the same flights.
  • Cruise in double or twin cabin to be shared with full Board from Saturday evening to Saturday morning (breakfast)
  • Non-alcohol drinks (except Nespresso)
  • Governmental and Marine parks taxes
  • Diving with Nitrox
  • Minimum of 14 dives during the cruise, depends on weather
  • Supply of bathrobe and towels
  • Shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer
  • Tanks 12 liters Aluminium, weights
  • Basic Nitrox course is free.
  • Tips for the Crew – However, a box will be open at the end of the cruise for the crew and the instructors, at your discretion.
  • Visa for entry in Egypt delivered by our contact on location. (Except if you pass by Cairo, you will have to buy it yourself).
  • Environmental tax

OUR RATES DON’T INCLUDE

Prices for extra mentionned in this section can be modified without notice in case of an increase of supplies prices. Up to date prices are available on our website.

  • The flights
  • Diving Equipment rental: (130€/week for 3 equipment: diving suit / regulator / BCD). The Nitrox dive computer is in extra charge at 40€/week.
  • Rental of a 15L tank: 40€/week (please ask 1 week before the cruise).
  • Diving with guide: 8€/diver/dive (in group of 4 divers/guide) – Private Guide for 1 or 2 divers :400 €/week – Private Guide for 3 or 4 divers : 500€/week.
  • Draft beers (3€), Nespresso (2,50 €) and other alcohols of the COSI Bar (on board Nautile EVO) – We do not accept your Nespresso capsules if you bring it.
  • Other courses (except the basic Nitrox course).
  • Certification fees CMAS/PADI/SSI (30 to 75€).
  • – Certification fees for the Basic Nitrox course (30 to 75€).
  • Rate of the French federation license (48€) in case of the student makes a French federation course and does not already have a license for the year.
  • Insurance for Decompression chamber: 7 €/wee. For DAN insurance with more extensive coverage: 25€/week. All those insurances are optional.
  • Cancellation insurance for cruise
  • All other extra transfer (except the roundtrip transfers already include).

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The diving trip can be modified without any compensation if the weather does not allow the boat to go safely on some dive sites, or if there is a new interdiction decided by the Egyptian Government or Egyptian army.

In case of damage on the Nautile Evo, we will be in the obligation of rent a new boat, without any compensation.

All the divers, without exception, must have a diving insurance for scubadiving. Decompression chamber is expensive in Egypt (500$ per hour), in case of need. It is better to have an insurance.

Each diver with a minimum of Advanced Open Water, CMAS2* or equivalent, must have a Surface Marker Buoy (SMB). One SMB per diver not one per group. We have few rental SMB available only in case someone forgot or lost his.
